ResponseTimes Alerts is a generic alerting system which allows exception rules to be defined for data from any source and generates configurable notifications based on those rules.

Alerts can be generated by email, SMS, fax , http or file in a variety of formats all of which are user configurable.

This server side system , is based on Microsoft SQL Notification Services to provide an enterprise quality notifications server. Based on a simple event model, ResponseTime Alerts can receive event packets complete with associated data, from any system, anywhere in the world. These events are handled by a single central server making the management of events a centralised service for simple operations and maintenance.

Events are either generated by ResponseTimes Alerts' own agents or by other systems complying with the event packet specification.

Centralised tracking and audit is completed for all messages that pass through the server giving unparalleled control and visibility. No more untracked emails taking business data to the outside world.

ResponseTimes Alerts can work in conjunction with MS SQL Reporting Services to connect alerts with reports for a comprehensive information distribution system.
